We understand that the most meaningful pieces are those made just for you. Our commission process offers the opportunity to create bespoke furniture, sculptures, or objects tailored to your space, needs, and style.
We collaborate with you to design and handcraft one-of-a-kind pieces that hold lasting value. From the first sketch to the final detail, every step is shaped by thoughtful design and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the result is as unique as your story.

The brief is the cornerstone of your commissioning journey, where we take the time to understand exactly what you're looking for. Whether through a phone call or a visit, we'll discuss your ideas, budget, and timescale. We value your input and see this as an opportunity to build a collaborative partnership. After carefully considering everything we've discussed, we will provide an estimated quote. Once we’re aligned on the shared vision for the project, we’ll dive into the creation process.

Once we’ve agreed on a plan of action, we will head back to the studio to create a range of initial ideas to share with you. This will include sketches, samples and mood boards. Together, we’ll discuss the proposed concepts and help you select a single design direction. We will then return to the studio to refine and finalise the chosen design. Using a range of design tools, we will communicate the final concept, giving you the clarity needed to sign off on the design. Upon approval, we will request a 50% deposit to schedule your piece in the workshop and purchase the necessary materials.

Once we receive the green light, we get to work on bringing the design to life. We will create a production schedule and confirm the lead times with you. We source the materials and begin the production process. At this stage, we welcome clients to visit the workshop to see the progress. If you’re unable to visit, we’ll keep you updated by sending images of the piece as it takes shape and reach out to discuss any design decisions that need resolving.

Upon completion, and at a time that suits you, we will hand-deliver the piece. We will carefully install the furniture and provide advice on after-care and maintenance. Lead times may vary depending on the complexity of the piece, but these will be confirmed during the briefing and design phases.
